About Us

Born and raised in San Diego, Bob Schraer, of  BSA Flooring & Window Coverings, started in the Window Covering business with his brother back in the late 1970‘s.   In the 1990‘s he started offering quality Carpets and Hardwood to his customers.  His knowledgeable advice, no-pressure sales approach and competitive pricing is the reason his customers use him time and again, as well as refer him to friends and family.
